Update on Gino!
Gino is almost a year now, he was born February 19, 2009, the funny thing is that he was born on the day I lost my pug Billy of 15 years. Billy was a Miracle dog as he was never supposed to make it past a year as he had a heart condition that later went away and we were blessed to have him for 15 beautiful years. Billy was put down last February 19, 2009, so I have no doubt that Gino is our Miracle dog also, as we looked at many pugs and passed them all up and then when we seen Gino we knew he was the one for us. Never thinking about the dates until much later when we realized that Gino was born on the same day our Billy went to Rainbow Bridge. So come this February 19th, it will be a happy and sad day. Happy that we celebrate our Gino's birthday but sad that we miss our Billy Boy so much. He is first in our hearts always and we feel he sent Gino our way with a little help of course....(;
Gino is on the bigger side for a pug, he is tall and very strong, loves to chew everything he can get his hands on. All his toys he has chewed up....guess we know what he will be getting for his birthday, new toys with no stuffing in them.....(;
I put up a few updated pics of Gino, in the one picture I crochet him a hat and sweater. The other pics of him show his wonderful personality. I hope you enjoy seeing his updated pictures.
